I called Ace Handyman to repair a broken post holding up a mailbox. I received an over-the-phone estimate of $240. The handyman came on time and was friendly but all his equipment was electric and he hadn't brought an extension cord. He had to borrow mine.(the job was outdoors so Ace should have figured that out ahead of time) As he worked, he told me that the job was going to be a lot easier than he thought. He was right, even I could have done it faster than he did once he dug down and I saw the situation. Halfway through the job, I received a second over-the-phone estimate of $280. I said OK. When he finished, they gave me a final bill of $365. Don't trust what they tell you on the phone, get your estimate in writing.

David did an excellent job with all the tasks I needed done. He asked questions when necessary and offered better solutions in some instances when I was unsure how to proceed. Prices were fair. I highly recommend Ace Handyman Services.

Ace Handyman has a wonderful dispatcher who kept me informed throughout. Zachery. thehandyman, was prompt, polite, and skilled. Even my husband who in his younger days would have done the job himself said he could not have done it better. High praise indeed! The price was certainly very reasonable. I plan to be a regular customer of this company and would recommend to others
