Great 1st meeting
Although work has not been started at this time, the contractor was on time, has good communication skills, appeared ready for task and lastly, it was great to see him wearing his covid related mask and honoring my distance requirements. I look forward to a continued relationship. I'm not a fan of emailing me and texting me but will work through it. I hope the emails will not go on after the task is completed. Fingers crossed.

Our dispatching system automatically sends an email confirmation when a job is booked and sends a text link to our customers letting them know our craftsmen are on the way to their house. Great work, Friendly, great communication,
Jeremie came out to do the drywall work in our house. He did a great job. Was so knowledgeable, friendly and explained the process of the work he was doing. He did a great job communicating to us what could have caused the damage to our home that needed repairs and how to be proactive about it in the future.

Professional quote
Ace was called to provide a quote for some small projects in the home. Dustin was extremely professional, timely, and courteous while getting measurements to provide an estimate. They came the day after our call and we are excited to finally have an experienced handyman to perform small odd jobs.

This is a really great company! The owners are retired military folks, who know exactly how to run a business. Dustin came out to our house and installed a doggie door. He did it under the time allotted, and couldn’t have been more professional. I am saving up all my handyman jobs and will ask for Dustin again. Five stars to this organization!!

Great fast service
Dustin was great! Our TV went just where we wanted it and he recommended some different bolts that would work better and keep our soundbar more secure to the TV. 10/10 and will use again
