Last review was meant for a different ace handyman services the one on Silverbell Road for some reason it won’t let me take down my previous review, so this is just a retraction of my previous review

This has to be one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had my very first day I was told to seal a baseboard. The baseboard had water damage and needed to be replaced. I called and asked more than once if I needed to replace the baseboard and the grout beneath the baseboard, I was assured that no I did not, and that I was just supposed to put caulking over it, it looked terrible but I did it anyway then I was asked to go back to do exactly what I KNEW needed to be done. There was a little to no description on the app that they told me to use and the lady at the office didn’t seem to know much at all the whole thing made me look really bad. I don’t normally do work like that. Then on my third day I got a flat tire I called to let them know I have a flat tire and that I needed to make sure my spare was good, the lady at the office proceeded to yell at me for having a flat tire and not being on time. I tried to tell her a flat tire is out of my control and that I was trying to put the spare on every five minutes she kept asking if the spare was on and if I was going to be there how am I supposed to know if I can make it to the job if I don’t even know if my spare tire is good once I had the spare on and was ready to go I let her know, and she said not to go to the job that she canceled it and that they were letting me go (even though they already had another worker on the job site who needed help)after a lot of back-and-forth arguing, which was uncalled for and very unprofessional. I asked to speak to the owner and I let the owner know about the situation and he informed me that he was told that I was CALLING IN because I had a flat tire. I never once said I was calling in, I let him know that she talked over me the entire time argued with me and was very unprofessional. I also let them know that she badmouth customers in front of me (she called a customer a misogynist pri$k in front of me) I was then told that if I could work it out with her that I could still work there that they valued skilled employees so I tried to text her back and work it out with her. She then became combative again and defensive, saying that I tried to get her fired and said that she talked over customers which I never said I only told the owner what happened and what she said and did. So because I was unable to work it out with her. They let me go. She also informed me that the company was basically going under and couldn’t afford to lose even one job. This is not a good place to work for and given that I would not hire them either.

Aaron picked up the door, delivered and installed it neatly and quickly. Very organized and professional. Will definitely recommend and use again. And very important, he was here in time before guests arrived.

Always arrives on time when promised. We have been a very satisfied customer for many years as they completed both large and small jobs in our homes. I We have always been very pleased with the quality of their work. I recommend them very highly for any work that you require.

Edward did a great job on my water damaged wall and ceiling. He also spackled and textured the wall before repainting it. His clean up afterward was spotless.

Ed was friendly and professional. He put in a new bathroom sink, reattached the soap dish in the shower and various other jobs needed to be done in the bathroom. Ed also cleaned our overflowing gutters. Best handyman we have had in years!!!! Excellent service!

Aaron ably performed several diverse tasks efficiently - installed tub grab bars, repaired a gutter, hung a Navaho rug - and was personable and very capable. I highly recommend Ace Handyman.
