Right from the start, Handyman Matters was responsive. I scheduled an estimate and they showed up right on time. They were able to do the repair on the same day as the estimate. A little luck on the timing for same day repair, but still, I was impressed that they were willing to jump right into it. Tim is a true craftsman and was great to work with - easy going and friendly. He knew just what to do to solve my siding issue. Incredible customer service, which is rare these days. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Already recommended them to a friend.

Joe was very easy to work with. We found him to be polite and courteous. We needed some wood rot repaired on our home and he took care of that problem which I am really happy about as I wanted to get it done before Winter comes again. He also offered to do any other small jobs as he had some time during the process of the original repair. I had been fighting with a light fixture on the ceiling that just needed just 1 bolt to have it secured to the ceiling. It took him under a minute to complete that task.
