Professional Job
Mark did a good job on the fire door to my garage. There were a few glitches with the door frame but this was not his fault. He had to get more supplies in order to accommodate but he was very courteous and kept me posted as he continued. My only complaint is the 4% charge when you use a credit card. I know this is standard but just seems a bit extra since most jobs are typically spendy enough. Again, the pluses outweigh the 4% charge and would recommend this company to others!

Mark did a very nice job on my project. He started the job late (not his fault though) the 1st guy who was supposed to do the job, there was a problem he doesn't work at handyman matters anymore. So Mark was given the job late. Once Mark was on the job he handled the work in a timely manner, did a nice job and cleaned up behind himself well. Worked with my circumstances well. I couldn't be on site. I feel Mark & handyman matters conducted themselves in a very professional manner. Was happy with their skill set. At this point would be happy to use them again!

Multiple home projects on old home
The “contact“ portion from this business was awesome – they got back to me right away – no problem. Also, Mike came out within a few days of my initial phone call and we went through everything that I need done. However, nothing has been heard back from him and it’s been a month with no estimate. Sorry, ruined my experience! I understand that this job may have been a pain because there were multiple of things that needed to be done, but just tell me that up front that you are not interested.

Linda, I apologize for the failure to provide the estimate we promised.
We recently implemented a new paperless system for our craftsmen and I am afraid the information that Mike put into the system, including the pictures he took, was lost when we sent out a group of estimates.

Admin hung up on me multiple times
I phoned in to get an estimate and the was hung up on 6-7 times. Finally, the service rep answered and expressed her frustration that I had called so many times. There was no answering service just a cold hang up. I asked if it was a problem and she said it was 'annoying', then curtly asked what I wanted. I told her I wouldnt do business if I this is how I was treated, she responded 'that is not a problem'.

I actually called the owner right away after you disconnected and reviewed with him what had happened. I apologize you were having issues with your phone and weren’t satisfied that I was unable to answer the phone. This is our busy season and we get hundreds of calls a day so I am simply unable to answer each and every one especially when I am on the phone with other customers. As I said to you on the phone, it would have been great if you could of left a voicemail and I would have caledl right back. I had a total of 11 calls from you and 6 voicemails so I actually thought it was a scam. I did answer the phone twice and had no response from you. The owner agreed with me that that many calls in a row was excessive and probably not a good fit for us with how busy we are right now. I will go ahead and respond on your yelp review as well. Again I apologize for the frustration of not being able to get through like I said this is just a really busy time for us and I completely understand if you would prefer to work with a company that is a little less busy.
