I was very fortunate to have Ross M, the Field Supervisor, come to my home today to consult with me on my home irrigation system. Ross was very knowledgeable about the Core irrigation system that I have. He tested the system thoroughly and pinpointed the source of the problem as well as pointing out the alternatives to getting the irrigation system to function well and reliably in the future. He was organized and made several suggestions that would get the system functioning and reliable for the future. Everything he recommended made perfect sense to me and would likely save me money in the future. I did get confused on a couple of the steps in the process, but Ross patiently explained them to me. I am very fortunate that he had personal experience in setting up this kind of irrigation system. I am looking forward to the next steps he recommended and that I agreed to pursue. This is my fourth opportunity to hire Ace Handyman Services. I have been delighted with the outcome of each of these projects. Ace Handyman Services is a great service and worth every penny!

We needed to add a bump out bracket for our microwave and repair to a pocket door. Person sent (John) did excellent work and quicker than original estimated time, but did rush. He was very professional, treated our house has if it was his and completely clean areas after he was finished. I will use this company again and recommend highly. I will also ask for John specifically, as his work was excellent! Can’t say enough about him or this company.

We contacted ACE to install new LED lights. After finding out that they won’t work for the project Jon the technician found a solution that would work that would satisfy our needs and be less costly. ACE thinks about the person and should be hired!

Will is very professional. He called the night before the scheduled appointment. When he needed more time at the prior appointment than expected, he called again to ask if it was okay with us for him to be late. Upon arrival, Will greeted us, went over with things we requested to be done, and gave us an estimate of the service charge, and explained to us what he will work on. After the 2 hour appointment was over, Will explained in detail what he did complete with photos, what he couldn't do due to unexpected complications in the crawl space. All in all, we had a great experience working with Will and would recommend him to others. BTW, the office staff at the Ace Handyman Services are all very friendly and professional in their communications from making the initial appointment, letting us know the estimate and sending us updates about our appointment every step of the way. Very much appreiciated!
