A wonderfully skilled employee of Ace Handyman Services came to my home today. This was his second visit to my home and I can say without hesitation that Will Ratcliff is an exceptionally talented, intelligent, and professional home repair specialist. I had a variety of items that needed to be fixed/repaired in my home and Will did a fantastic job on every one of the items. He identified the materials needed for my job and then he went to the store to purchase the materials on my behalf. Will repaired a wall that I had accidentally damaged; he repaired several items on the exterior of my home that which been constructed poorly by the original builder and were not fixed well by the last home remodeling person I had hired. It is obvious that Will takes pride in his work and does whatever he can to do an outstanding job. He is a very quick study and applies the right solution to fix poor construction and finishing details on a home. He also knows which tools and materials to use to achieve a very professional result. I am absolutely delighted by the job Will did today and will be asking for him for future home repairs and enhancements! I am delighted by Will's work and the results. It exceeded my expectations!!! Tim arrived on time, was knowledgeable, explained what he was going to do. He was efficient, detailed and very nice. I wish I had found the company sooner! I would hire them again.

I had several projects to that needed to be completed in a very short period of time. Not only did they complete it satisfactorily, they also did it in a timely manner and provided some consultation during the project so I would have the best outcome. The pricing was competitively fair and after I paid, I got a call back the next day saying that they overcharged me slightly since they overestimated the time worked so they are issuing a small refund. What??? I already paid. I saw the invoice. I agreed to the final bill so it’s all said and done. They could have easily pocketed the money but instead, they issued a refund. Unreal. I couldn’t believe it. How amazing! Now, this was just a simple clerical but it really demonstrated how honest these guys are. Only bad news I have is this is spoiling me to be lazy and pass off all jobs to them. Highly recommend!

Ace handyman services did a fantastic job removing countertops for us. They team was professional, communication was great and I will definitely use them again.
