Great service, arrived on time

I was so pleased with my experience with Ace Handyman Services from start to finish. After contacting four other companies with no response I received a call from Ace within 30 minutes of my online request for a quote. They were very thorough with understanding what I needed done (painting the trim on 4 windows) and were very clear on what to expect and the cost involved. The night before the scheduled job I received a phone call from Ross to finalize the details. Ross was awesome - he arrived on time and got right to work. He was also helpful with a small add on project I had and was able to complete the entire job in half the time quoted. Ross was also pleasant and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely let everyone know about what a great company you are to work with. Thank you so much to Ross and the entire Ace Handyman team.

Prioritize getting the job done right, clearly explained each step in the process, and thoughtfully answered all of my questions.

Hired Ace Handyman Services to handle 5 jobs: (1) Fix a broken bedroom door handle (Done!); (2) Strip, clean, and stain two porches (Done!); (3) Repair some sheetrock cracks where the tape had lifted, texture, & paint (Done!); (4) Replace 8 exterior floodlights that were hard to reach in some cases (Done!); Paint three garage walls after I had patched some holes and speckled others. Ross painted the walls, but realized my repairs, apparently using a less than ideal product were going to be hard to paint over without showing. So, he primed the walls, textured, and painted, and re-painted (Done!). Ross, my "Craftsman" was outstanding. He was at the same time polite and respectful, and knew what he needed to do to get the job done. He was very concerned about entering my home with booty covered shoes. He made sure that during the deck staining work he was not walking the stain onto adjacent concrete patios. You rarely find people these days who exhibit such concern about the client's property. Also, Ross was happy to let me watch him work and to assist where it made sense to do so (spreading plastic sheeting, for example), and he was calm and professional throughout the entire job. If the outcome of a process was not to his standards, he went back and re-did the process until it was -- and without charging for the time, which was surprising to me. I've worked with a number of vendors on my property, and this time I needed and all-arrounder and Ross and Ace Handyman Services were the perfect choice for my projects. Would I call on them again? You bet I would. Ross -- you're the best, and you'll be first call for future projects. BTW, He's just a really nice guy and I enjoyed having him on property this past week.

Ross was prompt,?professional, asked permission, considerate. And did excellent work. We liked your service and especially the continual communication during the entire time. We will ask for Ross as we have more things that need to get done. We rate him the highest marks .

Eddy did a great job. He knew what to do and got everything working and up to date. Would recommend him to anyone. If I had a business this young man would be one I would want to work for me. The only bad thing I could say is the I feel the price is a little high, but Eddy made it feel easier to pay. Dave Inman
