All I can say is wow!!
Ross and his trainee arrived on time and were very professional. They went over my project with me made sure I understood what was involved, the cost, and the alternatives. I asked them to buy the materials for me, because I had no clue what to select. They did the shopping and the installation. You pay a little a little more, but it is well worth it. I am so impressed that I'm going to be contacting them this week to do another project for me. On this project, I more than got my money's worth. Best of all, they cleaned up after themselves and helped me move the couch back. This is old school service.

Very helpful Does good work
Installed a broken tile and fixed shower head. Keegan even went to get the right parts

Great People
Ace does care about their work or customers. The technician Keegan out to see what the issue was. He fixed the problem and everything is working fine.
This wonderful company cares about their customers! They are more than professional and timely. Rare qualities indeed. Ace Handyman Cares and call them!

Should let people know before hand they need to have own materials present

Jessica, we appreciate the feedback. We do ensure to communicate this on the initial phone call. We will try to highlight this better in the future. However, in your case there are so many types of trim, bringing the correct type to each sight is impossible, as knowing which one you need before seeing it is not something we can do. If you get the trim we would be happy to come out and assist you with your project!!
