Competent and friendly, Victor was a wonderful help who was able to take care of all our issues around the house.

I loved the process of booking and having someone show up on time — that was easily the best part. Unfortunately though, I'm pretty upset that we spent nearly $600 for 5 hours of work (mostly for simple tasks) but to then come home to a front door that barely opens or closes now after new weatherstripping was put on. I understand that our door had issues with alignment, but would have preferred the contractor to suggest something else and at least leave us with a door that properly opens and closes. We seriously have to use some serious muscle to use the door right now — and honestly it doesn't even feel safe.

Paid $300 to install a doorbell and the handyman still couldn’t figure out how to do it. Had to call someone else who figured it out in 10 min. Was supposed to come back 2 days later and didn’t. This review could go on and on with the details of what went wrong he did show up but it’s enough to say call someone else if you need handyman services

I had been in contact with ACE Handyman roughly 8-10 times from August to November. I wanted them to hang two ceiling fans in different rooms and on different levels in our home. There were two smaller tasks I wanted to do in addition to hanging the ceiling fans. Delay, delay, delay due to a ceiling fan mixup between manufacturer and retailer and other stuff. Not once did ACE Handyman indicate they had no one who could hang fans OR that they may need to add carpenter skills to hang the fans task. Not once did they schedule time to come and look at the space we wanted to add the ceiling fans. Then finally, on 11/04/21, the ACE tech arrives ready to do the jobs. He couldn’t hang either fan: said we required a real electrician and carpenter, although one fan was going exactly where a light fixture currently is. After all the lead-up time, did ACE Handyman KNOW they didn’t know how to install ceiling fans? We have an electrician. Actually he charges less than the $540 for four hours of work ACE Handyman quoted us. Heads up! We’re we over quoted? One task out of four scheduled tasks was completed. The least difficult task. We paid ACE Handyman $182.00 or thereabouts for 2.5 hours for very, very little. I am so disappointed with ACE Handyman. So very disappointed.

Great job Victor! Actually saved me $100s of dollars by identifying what was needed and what wasn’t, and presented my options clearly and concisely. Even called ahead of time about finishing another job and offered an earlier arrival time! Short trip to Home Depot and went to work and finished the job on my second floor siding. Efficient and professional, he completed the job well within time expectations. I would definitely recommend ACE Handyman Services to others!
