For the most part my experience with Ace Handyman was good. Victor explained and shared information on the steps needed to do the repair as he worked. I appreciate that he listened to my concerns regarding matching the texture of the existing walls. The end result of the repair was very good. My two biggest complaints are that I was given a specific appointment time to come to the house and the handymen always arrived several hours earlier. For a working person following of set times is very important in order to arrange the time to be available for the repair. Lastly, although the work was done to my satisfaction, preparation before and cleanup after the project could've been better.

First of all, the communication from the office and the handyman was excellent. I was notified of who would be coming, the handyman called a few days in advance to check in and confirm our appointment date. Secondly, the office called to let me know Victor, our handyman, was running a little behind and gave me an approximate time of arrival and Victor arrived right inside that window. Not only was Victor friendly, he walked me through what he was doing and why. Learned something new today. Victor did a great job. It’s nice to have not only great communication but good service too.

The guys did a great job, we had new flooring & paint, so they were extra careful not to scratch either

There hasn't been a task that Cliff can't do! I've used Cliff's services multiple times and I'm very happy to have found a handyman that I can trust. Not only is Cliff quick to come up with a solution for unique tasks, he's also very punctual for showing up for the job and with his time for executing the task. I couldn't recommend his services enough!

I can only review Mel my handyman as he was amazing. Extremely respectful, kind, on time and beyond professional. I needed outdoor fans replaced, boards replaced on our bulk heading at our boat dock with new install of some bumpers, as well as our front door weather stripping replaced which meant the removal of our heavy front door in order to do this. He worked very efficiently with vast knowledge of all my jobs. He also offered some great advice in some of our repairs which made our project more safe and his handy work was beautiful.

Arturo was easy to work with and his understanding was clear as he purchased the new materials and replaced all the damaged materials. After hauling damaged materials away he repaired the ceiling, baseboard, wallboard, and replaced the ceiling light fixture. Finally he painted all. D
