I recently utilized Ace Handyman Services for a project at my home. I needed a new dryer vent and a special exhaust system installed in my basement. I called and spoke to Marty Smith at Ace Handyman. I described the scope of work and he asked several questions to ensure he had a good idea of what was required. Marty scheduled my appointment. The day before my appointment I received a phone call from Ron King informing me he would be coming to my home the following day to do the work. On the day of my work order, Ron texted me to let me know he was on his way to my home. He showed up and introduced himself and we went over the scope of work. He got to work fairly quickly and did an outstanding job on both the dryer vent and establishing the exhaust system in my basement work area. He was very professional throughout his time at my home. I highly recommend Ron and Ace Handyman Services for any projects in your home. I am sure I will be utilizing their services in the future.

Ron was punctual, professional and knowledgeable about the tasks at hand! He completed the service in a timely manner! First time customer and I was pleased! Only drawback, I was not aware of the “service charge” until he showed me the invoice however, I was happy with the work and he fixed the issues!

I called first thing in the morning and by the end of the same day I had balusters installed under the rail of my basement stairs. Gale was extremely helpful through initial call and craftsman Ron was on time, personable, courteous and definitely skilled. He also listened to how I wanted the project done and exceeded my expectations! Although I felt it a bit pricey, I would use again if I’m not able to wait weeks or months to get the job done.

Ron came on time and did exactly what I asked him to. When he found the root cause of one of the issues right before the contracted time was up, he told me what the options were so that I felt good about asking him to complete the job. He arrived with a mask on without having to be asked. It was a very good job.
