Professional and courteous services
For the second time Jeff delivered professional and courteous service. He installed a grab bar and repaired several closet shelves efficiently and professionally.

Install grab handles in shower and toilet areas
The installation looks perfect. Needed a grab bar installed in my shower and one next to the toilet. Perfect placement and looks very professionally done.

Our Craftsman makes it a point to clean as he goes. Thankyou Ms. Schnakenberg for being a repeat customer. Rodney's professionalism and mastering his craft gave him the ability to repair the rotted front door wood so you did not have to replace the entire door.

Joel and his team are very responsive and the work of taking down my old screen and replacing new seamless Gutters. Very professional. I have other work that I am needing done and I will be calling Ace Handyman to do the next job. Very happy and pleased. Nicole in the office is also very professional and very prompt. Ace Handyman Services
Jeff was prompt in showing up to his appointment. He was courteous and very informative. He was able to remove the toilet and replace the new toilet in record time. However the only thing that he left behind was the toilet 🚽 box 📦 and has to throw out the box in the garbage and haul it away,

We appreciate the feedback and apologize about the confusion with regards to your waste from the materials that you supplied. We are glad he got the job done promptly and saved you money. The craftsman was under the impression that you were going to dispose of the box and old commode based on him being directed to place it in the recycle bin so you can break it up. We are pleased to accommodate the customer either way when it comes to disposal of items such as this. We routinely haul and properly dispose of materials, but often the customer choose to do it themselves to keep their cost down. Please don't hesitate to contact our office should you want us to return to haul and properly dispose of your materials, thank you again.

On time, professional and courteous
Joel has been to our condo twice, 1st time to do an initial consult for our bathroom remodels and the 2nd with his team so they could view the work areas. Both time the app advised us of Joel’s arrival. He arrived on time, was professional and very courteous. So far my experience has been great, from dealing with Nicole in the office to meeting Joel himself. Very happy so far.

Service was good
Service was very good, but I was never informed about a trip charge of $85 per day. Not sure what a trip charge covers but it would have been nice to know up front. Jeff did a very good job and was pleasant to work with.

Mr. Ravo, we fully agree that you should know the rates and charges up front, for that is our responsibility to make it clear with the customer. Thank you for acknowledging that the installation of your attic stairs was very good and you were pleased with Jeff. Not only did he do a good job, he got it done very promptly so the final amount that you paid wound up being less than your estimate including the trip charge that covers the vehicle expenses especially in today's market. We have reviewed the initial call and we could have done a much better job in our explanation on how the rates work. The estimated amount that was discussed on the call was correct but it should have been more clearer on the breakdown of the costs. We have taken this information and shared it with our office so we can do a better job communicating that in the future. Thank you again for your business and we look forward to serving you again in the near future.
