I had to have my entire unit replaced last summer, and it was not cheap. Now summer is upon us again and I am still having issues with my unit cooling. The maintenance people have beennout here just short of 10'times. If the living room thermostat is turned "on"I can get cool air in my spare bedroom. I half want to cry, and half laugh because this is making me crazy. I've lost countless hours of work due to each maintenance visit. Scott has been very nice but my problem's with this unit remain. I'm ready for them to come take their unit, refund me every penny Ams the I will find another company? Sincerely frustrated

My old thermostat and I have been enemies for the last few years. When I moved into my house, there was a digital thermostat with no manual to explain how it worked. I finally figured out how to make it cooler or hotter in the house. But only for a brief time. When I used the A/C, it never got cool enough upstairs, but I froze downstairs. That is, if the unit hadn't already frozen up. The worst was getting up at 3:00am to turn the A/C back on, because the thermostat would reset itself. It may have said 'auto', but I think that meant that I would automatically wake up 2-3 times during the night to reset it. A nightmare. I entered a Facebook contest for a FREE thermostat, never really thinking that it would be truly free, that I would win, and that it would really work if I did win it. Wrong on all 3 counts! It was the best contest I have entered in a while. Aire Serve notified me that I had won; I called in and set up my appointment for the new thermostat to be installed. When Scott Jay, the owner, came to the house, he was pleasant, informative, and even covered his shoes with protective booties to keep my floor clean. 20 minutes later, POOF! The new thermostat was installed, and Scott and I went through my weekly schedule so he could program the thermostat for the entire week. And guess what??? Yep, it works exactly like he said it would. Of course, my actual furnace has it's own problems, but that's a whole other post. The thermostat is a 7 day programmable unit. Scott set it to be comfortable when I get up in the morning, then it adjust for the time I am at work, and then it changes again just before I arrive home in the evening. Scott was patient and showed me how to work everything, and stayed to answer questions about my old furnace and A/C unit. I would highly recommend Aire Serv to anyone in the Tri-Lakes area. Nice people, great service, and they are honest, and respectful of you and your schedule. Don't plan to use anyone else except them!

It was the hottest day of the year, when we found are A/C was not working! I calle Aire Master and they were there in about 45 minutes. They worked to restore our service! They were showed us what was wrong, gave us an estimate and then fixed it. Everything was working great and cool when they were done. They came in right n the estimate as well!! Would recommend them to any one!

Last year our entire cooling and heating system went down after a terrible storm. Aire Serv came out and installed a superior unit that is very efficient and saves us money!
