Amazing Service
The team at Cottman’s at 7801 Earhart Blvd. is incredible. I’m a single mother on a limited budget and was looking to find a safe, used car. They performed a comprehensive check on two separate vehicles for me at no charge. Todd and Jason were personable, friendly, honest, and open in sharing their knowledge & expertise. They made me feel welcome and their information helped reassure me I was not buying a ‘lemon’. For the car I did buy, they provided me with a complete repair list with pricing, prioritized by urgency, so I could schedule needed repairs in affordable increments. Needless to say, I won’t be going anywhere else for servicing my car. They made me feel like family.

Fast and Efficient Service
I have a 1999 Jeep TJ Wrangler with too many miles on it. The clutch finally gave out and I am too old and lazy to replace it myself. I was told to take it to Cottman for a reliable repair and I was not let down. I will recommend this shop to anyone in need of a repair.

If we could give them a ten star review , we would. We were in from out of town and went to them because they were highly recommended. We found out why 😉👍. We explained to the service manager abt an issue with our 2004 Chevy malibu,s transmission. They fit us in at a busy time, not even knowing us. After performing a diagnostic and road testing it they found out that it was an issue with the cluster under the dash. After all that, they didn't even charge us for the visit. Treated us like good friends. Thank you VERY MUCH! From The McBride's and Paul Quick. Bush, La. 😝👍🙏

Cory at New Orleans Cottman saved us!
A bit long but I hope worth it to see how great Cory and Cottman were to us. Driving my son home from college in Atlanta to our home in Austin, our 2006 Honda Odyssey started smoking, increasing RPMs and decreasing mph while crossing the causeway over Lake Pontchartrain. We pulled over, got pushed to a safe place (thank you DOT!), called AAA and a place to tow. The first transmission place couldn't be bothered. Whomever answered the phone was leaving early (it was Friday) and couldn't take us. Cory, though extremely busy with Friday afternoon work of his own, listened to our desperate situation and agreed to help us. When we arrived, we wanted to tip the AAA truck drivers but had no cash, Cory handed us some and let us charge it. Next, he steered us to a great Mexican restaurant while he checked out the car. Despite juggling multiple jobs, he checked out the car, added some fluid, surmised that it must've overheated and "vented," explained what that likely meant and gave us options and estimates while caveating that more diagnostic was needed. We seemed stuck! We had ~500miles more to go to get to Austin and no good alternatives. There were no U-hauls available to rent to tow the car back to Austin. There were no one way rentals, flights were expensive and both required a return trip to get the car the following week if we left it with Cory to thoroughly diagnose. It might need a rebuild which we weren't even sure would be worth it given age and miles on the car. We also had lots of luggage in the car. Cory saved us. He gave us an option. Having refilled the vented fluid and done a quick test drive, he thought it just might make it if we started on backroads, kept it around 65. He charged us next to nothing and only when we insisted. We followed his advice and made it back to Austin. Cory even conversed with me the next day (Saturday) on detailed explanation of what must've happened and what to do about it. He saved us from a challenging situation and lots of hassle and expense when he could have taken advantage of us or easily avoided us like the first guy did. THANK YOU CORY!!! We are forever in your debt.

Horrible manager Corey disgraceful
He's rude on the phone talks to you so fast and doesn't let you talk. He told me the outrageous price to fix my car I declined I didn't have enough money. He then offered to do it at his house for half the cost.then he wanted to hook up for a drink or something. NO way. Corey Looks like a gross meth addict teeth missing skinny dirty. What kind of repair shop is this? Girls stay away from this place that Man is scary. This happened a couple of months ago but decided to warn other females after reading other reviews complaining about Corey asking ladies out their phone numbers offering free work for ? He's Gross !!
