I went in for a consult for an emergency root canal. They had to verify I had insurance coverage, the Dr looked and done an X-ray, agreed I needed it done, but when they came back with the estimate it was more than I could pay that day. I offered to bring the money the next day, and pay all I could on this day, but they wouldn’t do it. Then the Dr said he couldn’t stay and do it that day. Fate knew I wasn’t supposed to have it there. After calling my insurance and checking the quote, they were charging me double what they were allowed being in network with my insurance. I will never go back or recommend this office!!

I was led to believe by billing staff that the cleanings my daughter and I received were covered by my insurance only to receive a bill for $250 the following month. The woman that handles billing called me to verify my address to mail me the bill and never at any time mentioned there was a bill or that their office was out of network or didn’t accept my insurance! I will never be back and I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau!
