Overbooked Company with 0 Customer Service

I hired the s company in June of this year to build a covered pergola. They told me 4-6 weeks. It is now almost Thanksgiving and still no pergola! I found out they are overbooked for jobs and have the worst customer service. The only professional I dealt with was my salesman
