We had a sun porch installed by Four Seasons PAsunrooms about 2 years ago. It was a great installation and has performed with no problems except that a 1” metal piece that holds the screen door shut broke in two. They install porches like this and use this part on many screen doors. The part weighs less than ½ ounce and is simply a small piece of solid metal. I can install it myself so I asked PAsunrooms if I could get the part. They sent me a “quote” for $63 for this part ($60 for the part and $3 for shipping). Obviously outrageous for a 1” piece of metal. Do business with them if you want to, but hope nothing breaks and you need a part to fix it.

We bought top quality in the sunroom materials and were blessed with the very same from sales, though installation, through follow-up. They answered every question and did excellent to accommodate our every request. Would recommend to anyone!
