Our $50,000. Sunroom installed 5 years and 2 months ago has leaked twice. The first time was right after install, when I called they said this happens sometimes, wasn't fully sealed. They came out and repaired. Now another leak, am told you have to pay for repairs a nd you should expect leaks with rain and snow and exposure to the elements????? Buyers beware, glass is tough to keep clean and after 5 years expect problems. Be forewarned as the salesman will never tell you this. My Mom purchased a sunroom from a competitor for a third of what we paid, her ceiling is not glass and her room is a little smaller, she hasn't had any problems and it's a local company in business for 30 years. Hers included a heat\a/c unit and electric to boot. Walls and Windows are the same quality. Be forewarned and save your money. Refrain from glass roof, unless you want to re-chalk and perform other time-consuming maintenance annually!

I am a very dissatisfied customer! You operate like a typical fly-by-night, non union contractor. You tell me what you DON'T include after contract is signed, work one day, take two days off, never had such dirty, messy workers that destroyed the inside of my house! My fault for expecting too much, I thought FOUR SEASONS was an above board, more respectable company.
