got a gift card, made an appointment, lady's basement flooded so she could not come in and do my massage, woman behind counter that day apologized. I never got a call from massage therapist to apologize for HER missing my appointment. when I called back to reschedule I was told they were charging ME $35.00 for a missed appointment. The woman on phone was very rude. I will give my gift card back to friend, these people will never get money from me.
