Dirty floor and bathroom, smelly therapist, and front staff not friendly
Maybe these people have come at a good time with positive reviews, but the times I went the floor has dirt on it and clearly visible. The water they make I was told is not made fresh daily. The bathroom toilet was gross. The therapist hair was so greasy and smelled of body oder with a cologne cover up. When I mentioned to the front desk, they said she would note it with no compassion or concern. Very cold. Will not be going back. Stay with the local spas, they care and are clean I find. Cost more, but worth the care.

Not for men
After the booking appointments twice and then canceling on me both times I tried to call and book another appointment. Now they just won't even pick up the phone. When I call, they The only explanation is they only want to do women. They don't want to do facials for men
