Keith resolved a problem that another contractor created. We are SOOO pleased.

I worked with Keith today. He arrived slightly late (30 minutes) but that was okay since I was working from home. Keith cleaned out our gutters and measured/made recommendations on gutter guards that we should install. He was very friendly and professional. I will be calling in again to schedule the install once our gutter guards arrive.

Matt did a great job cleaning out the air vent on my dryer. He checked from the inside, removing the hose to make sure the vent hose was free of any loose dust. He also checked from outside to make sure he got all dust out.

I had scheduled service at home to regrout tiles in the shower. Handyman came on time after 5 min of taking he told me he is not able to regrout tiles because but he can replace cok around shower pan . It took him less than 10 min. He was total 30 min on my house if that . I was charged $165 for les than 10 min work . He left black dirty foot prints all over the shower floor and bathroom floor. He wasn’t wearing protective covers. Ace never inform me that if handy man is not able to perform work they will still charge you. $165 for 10 min work is a lot.I will never use them again and you should not either!!!

We have just paid about $300 to have a window air conditioning unit installed in a basement window. It is not sealed very well at all and has several openings for insects and water to easily enter the house. When we mentioned about the openings, Matt said we need to fill them with foam. I would think when you pay $300 for a job, it is not up to me to finish it. I suppose we now have to hire someone else to seal the window. This is not a bargain at all. In addition, when I first spoke to the representative from Ace, it was unclear as to how much I will be paying, so at the end of the conversation, I said "So, tell me if this is what you said: The price is: $155 if you do not dispose of the old air conditioner, and $270 if you do. Is that correct?" The woman answered yes. Consequently we were very surprised when the bill came to $300. I will say Matt worked very hard on the project and if it had been finished, we would have been happy with his work although we feel we could have found it cheaper. As it is, I hope we don't have a hard rain.

Keith provided top of the line service! Extremely patient and knowledgeable of the work he tackled! Some problems with the way the patio furniture was constructed but Keith solved them immediately. Recommend his services!

I am thoroughly pleased with Matt's work and demeanor. He worked steadily, finished project after project, hung a fan and chandelier,caulked,repaired gate hook on my fence. and explained along the way.

Caring individual, who knew exactly how to tackle the jobs. Arrived on time.

As an older single woman loving in an older home there are always things that need fixing or replacement. Matt came on time and did an excellent job with the items on my honey-do list. He was so great that I ended up finding more things for him to do next time. I’ll be recommending Ace to anyone in need of a handy man.
