Very responsive and professional

We have some small jobs and kept getting ghosted or calls unreturned by other recommended professionals, or very long wait times. Michele gave us a quick estimate and had someone available immediately. Brad did our first task efficiently and with great customer service - even pointing out where we could save money. The final cost was far less than the estimate! We will use Ace again for our other jobs.

Totally Professional!

I can't say enough positive comments about Montana (scheduler) and Brad (Tech). Brad was very professional and well experienced in his profession. Montana was helpful and very professional as well. Thanks Ace Handyman of Richmond! Brad is absolutely one of best handy tech, that I've ever met!

Fast and friendly

I made an appointment on Tuesday and a wonderful man arrived to help me on Thursday. He was friendly and helpful. He got my list done quickly and had time to fix my front door too. This is a company that i would recommend to any homeowner.

Great reliable service

Brad was awesome. I needed him to hang new shutters and fix a few rotten boards over my garage and on my soffit. He was extremely nice and very well organized. He did the job very professionally and I am extremely satisfied with his work. If I need anything else done I will not hesitate to call and ask specifically for Brad.

Professional and friendly

I truly lucked out. I did not check the background of AceHandyman service - I took a chance and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Repairman was on time, pleasant and did a super job.
