The technician Kirk did a excellent job and knew how to repair the window. The only problem I had was the markup of the materials at 150 percent and was not told that when I agreed forAce Handyman to do the job. I found out later you can purchase materials yourself. Also ensure the technician knows to get the materials prior to doing the job when he comes back so you aren’t billed for the time it takes him to go get the materials. This was a real issue for me. Overall the work was good. Be mindful of the billing process.
