As always you guys did another great job. Initially we called our current Fence company to do some adjustment work and they were non-responsive. When I contacted ACE HandyMan, within hours I received a call back and within days the job was done perfectly! Thanks!

I called for help with a spiral-spring window. I was advised this needed a special spiral-spring tool and that the handyman would have it. I was told the handyman would leave a message the day before the appointment; never happened. I was also told the appointment was mid-day; I called to confirm this on the day of the appointment, to be told that the handyman should have already come and completed the work. Another handyman was then scheduled for later in the day. He arrived at 3:20pm. He said he was not familiar with spiral-spring windows and did not have the tools needed to tighten the spring. I helped him remove the sash. He went to work to remove the spiral spring, saying the whole mechanism had to be replaced. I said no, it needs tightening. He again said he knew nothing about the tool needed to do this. I called the company and was told that instead of tightening the spring, they are accustomed to putting in a new spring, that the handyman would look up the part and try to obtain it. I knew that whatever time this took would be added to the charge. I said no thanks. The window sash was replaced. I was charged $139.00 for a handyman who, despite being pleasant, was unskilled, unequipped to do what needed done took 20 minutes to tell me he could not fix the window other than removing the spring and looking up the part to replace the whole thing. I believe I was unfairly charged and that the handyman who was sent was in fact a quick replacement from the earlier one scheduled. I think I merit a full refund. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Some times in life we get lucky finding help without Someone helping you out. I got lucky today when I made a “cold call” to ACE Handyman Matters and they sent me Fred Rauh. Lucky me! As a disabled veteran he put together my new leather chair and ottoman which I sorely needed for comfort from my Disability. And added to the wonderful professional service Fred gave me; he phoned me last night to discuss my project and his personality along with his professional skills made him a “Terrific Handyman.” Blessings to Fred Rauh!

We had some rotting in the door frame that led to our deck. Rich diagnosed the problem quickly and did an absolute beautiful repair. His skills and professionalism were fantastic!
