Called on Friday and someone was out on Tuesday. On time and also sent a message confirming time. Kirk assessed what needed done and fixed the issue and also tacked down another piece he identified as lose. Would call again if I needed something else done.

Kirk showed up early, perfect timing. He was courteous and professional. Kirk seemed knowledgable about the job and took his time recaulking the windows. He explained the issue each step of the way. I had the wrong caulk but Kirk had what I needed which was so convenient. I will not be able to tell if he fixed the problem until it rains but he guaranteed that there should be no more leaks.

Our handyman Michael was amazing. Super professional, thorough, proficient, polite, and handy! I had a list of small items including caulking, nailing on trim that had come loose, tightening a loose faucet, and an exterior light that quit working. The small items were all done without incident but the light which took about an hour of the two hours of work was not fixed and yet the bill still included the hour. I’ll stick with the companies that bill you when the work is completed since I still had to hire an electrician to fix the problem that only ended up taking 30 minutes to fix. The man was very nice.

Rich was on time and started work right away. He was very professional and personable! He had all the right equipment and tools necessary for the various jobs I had for him. He was willing to stay extra as my designer and I kept asking him to complete more projects. I’m already getting my list together for the next appointment.

Fred retiled our shower, a job which ended up being much more complicated than we originally anticipated. He was always friendly and punctual, and confirmed appointments each evening before he came out. He did a beautiful job of what was ultimately an almost complete re-do of the shower.

Justin arrived on time and ready to work. After talking through the project, Justin began work. As this was a custom job, there were many variables to be worked out. Justin worked through all of them and went above and beyond in terms of attention to detail. I highly recommend Handyman Matters.
