Chris came to fix a couple of leaky outdoor faucets. He arrived on time, picked up the necessary materials at Home Depot and finished the job - he was excellent. I am puzzled though that your company is billing us for the trip to the store. What if there had been a traffic jam? What if there were long lines at the store? What if we lived far away from Home Depot? Shouldn’t a plumber have different size gaskets in his truck? I see other customers also write about these trips to get the necessary parts. Somehow I feel there should be some other solution to billing the customer for the driving and shopping time.

Kirk came out to fix a leaky window. He did a water test to find where it was coming in (was not where I thought it was) and caulked where he found an issue. Next day we had a serious rainstorm, and not a drop came in. Great job, great service.

Excellent as before. This is the second time we used them and they did not disappoint. From my initial contact with Rose to cleanup of the site when complete, everything went smoothly. Rose explained the costs and answered all the questions I had. Scheduling was easy. She was great. Fred (handyman) called the night before to confirm and the morning of to let me know he was on his way so I could secure my pets. Once Fred arrived, he walked through the projects that needed to be done and confirmed we had all the required materials (installing 10 door knobs, replacing cabinet hinges and a shower head, as well as numerous "Honey Do" items. He immediately began working on the outside first since it was threatening rain.. Fred was courteous, polite, professional, and proficient. Felt like we had know him for years. He even fixed a toilet roll holder that had become a family joke (it fell off in your hand especially with unsuspecting guests). He was up for any challenge. Fred even walked through our new addition and pointed out some things that we missed which were added to our punch list for the contractor. You couldn't ask for better representation of the company. Handyman Matters of Columbia gave us the best possible service at a reasonable cost. MANY THANKS. They are definitely my first point of contact for future projects.

Rich was great, he spent time to figure out where the clog in dryer piping was occurring, going to the far end of the attic, and fixed the problem. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Chris did a terrific job. Thank you for sending another expert gentleman to fix so many little, but important breakdowns in this house which we had built in 1975. Chris noticed small things that needed to be repaired so that a larger breakdown could be avoided. I am glad Rose sent Chris to us, as we have some larger projects we want him to take care of.
