Professionalism began from the time the receptionist answered the phone until the time our technicians Jeremy and Rick completed the work. After a safety inspection, they gave us an estimate on the 50 amp outlet we were having installed outside our home for our rv. All our questions were answered before we ask them. They began installing immediately and work was completed in a very timely manner. After completion, they went around and explained everything that they was done and our home was clean as of no one had been there. We will definitely use them again if we need service.

Everyone is considerate, thoughtful and well informed. I discussed my concerns with Tucker. He investigated the problem and solution. We discussed the options and he implemented them. I gotta be honest, me and my wife are first time home buyers and obviously first homes come with a lot of issues. Being young and not having that much money to our names, the service was surprisingly affordable. Alex showed up on time and as soon as he got out of his van he greeted me and immediately starting chopping up a conversation with me. The FREE inspection that he did really opened my eyes to what my house really needs. He kept me updated every step of the way and answered literally every question I had. Alex really has a passion for what he does and I could tell, even before he said he loves his job. He got straight to work after the inspection and price options. I will definitely be calling you guys again and I want Alex to work on my home until he physically can’t anymore. I am more than pleased with this service. 10/10

Very positive experience. Jeremy Halady was the technician that installed 2 pendant lights and a light over the kitchen table. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to discuss how I wanted the lights to look and then had me check to make sure I was happy with the end results. He also cleaned up after the work was complete. The cost was a little higher than expected but the work was very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

This is what customer service is about. Alex Smith was very professional and courteous and knowledged about the service rendered. Not only was Mr. Smith on time but they fit me in a week A head of the scheduled appointment. Alex went over what needed to be repaired or replaced and then we went over the billing and came to an agreement. After Mr. Smith completed the work he then went through everything explaining it to me as the homeowner. Mr. Smith and The assistant were very courteous pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend the electric company for any work that you may require in the future

I called this morning for the first time and spoke with Amy and was given an appointment within 2 hours of my call. Josh was extremely professional and courteous. Explained everything in simplicity. I moved into a new condo recently and was trying to plug in a cell phone when it shut off half the power in the place. I called Mr Electric because I had been very pleased when I had used them before. Once again, they did not disappoint. Somehow they managed to get two technicians out within the hour! Jeremy Halady and his partner (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) were amazing. They explained in great detail the problem and what would be needed to get it fixed. They did not act like I was some idiot who couldn't understand this stuff. They also were concerned about my fuse box because it actually had more fuses than its capacity. They asked if they could remove two that were no longer connected to anything and I gave them permission to do so. When they created the invoice, it included an detailed write up of the entire visit. So now I have a complete record in case I should ever need it in the future.
