Shawn was prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had and took his time to make sure lighting fixtures were installed as I wanted them. His attention to detail was very much appreciated. Mr. Electric made sure they communicated via phone and email regarding appointment and arrival time.

They were very professional and clear with their communication. Followed up with me as the customer letting me know what time they would be at my home and sent a picture text of the technician and their name of which I appreciated very much. The technician was very courteous and polite. He took time to explain what and where he thought the problem was and what he had to do to fix it. The problem was not fixed on the first service call but they followed up quickly by coming back the next day instead of making me wait another week or days to see my problem resolved of which I really did appreciate! I like the fact that they did show up when they said they would which to me shows me a professional business.

Byron Cox of Mr. Electric has done work for us on two occasions at Emerald Isle, NC. He did a great job both times. He is VERY knowledgeable, and such a nice young man. And the price both times was very reasonable.

We used Mr Electric twice for repairs to our RV. Byron Cox arrived the same day we called. The first visit required repairs which were satisfactorily completed. The second time he didn’t have to repair anything but they never charged us for the service call. Byron checked back with us a couple of days after the repairs to ensure we were still satisfied. I would highly recommend Mr Electric.

Very satisfied with the service. Byron, the technician, installed a generator box for our portable generator. He was very thorough and friendly. When job was complete he explained what to do when using generator. Also we felt the charge was very fair. Will not hesitate to call Mr. Electric for any future work.
