Hubby and I have done most all of our repairs and remodels ourselves over the years. Now, due to age and health, we simply don't attempt them. When an overhead kitchen light went out we knew we had to hire a professional. **groan** Having dealt with other service people over the years and knowing that it would be luck if we found one that was reasonable, and reliable, we dove into the ads. Seeing Mr. Electric and the reviews we decided to call. Unbelievable! First of all, my first contact was with Becky. I didn't get a "crisp" robotic voice. I got a warm, friendly, professional voice that sounded more like a friend than just another clerk on a desk phone. We set up an appointment and she was so thorough, even to telling me that an e-mail would come telling me who the electrician would be, with a picture yet! Buddy McNair showed up as promised and it was THE most enjoyable service call I have ever had. He was so professional and courteous and kind, just remarkable. We had the fixture and for a moment we weren't sure if we had the right thing, but, he was so patient in checking everything that there was no doubt that the installation was right. I will recommend this company to all that ask to all that don't know. Super people.

This review is way over due. Mr. Buddy McNair is THE most professional, courteous, thorough and honest service person I have ever had the pleasure to work with in my 67 years! He is such a kind and patient man, who will take the time you need to understand your job and your problems. He went far beyond my expectations when working on the many electrical jobs and problems I have had with my two homes. The same can be said for his wife and partner Miss Becky. She will lay your worries to rest the minute you call and she picks up the phone. Wore booties over shoes to protect our floors. The first time he came to install new fixture, he had to go to store to match existing fixtures. The price he quoted which was reasonable did not change because he had to go to 2 different stores to find the right fixture. Great job! The next time we called him was to repair a set of lights. It turned out that the bulbs were burned out as were the replacement bulbs we had bought. He didn't charge for the trip. would definitely recommend!
