Great Service wont go anywhere else!
It all started when, on a Saturday morning, I discovered that my smoke alarms were going off, with no reasonable explanation. I called my usual electrician but unfortunately his company is not open on weekends. I looked in the phone book and found Mr. Electric. Wow! Have I been impressed ever since my first contact with this company. Greg, the electrician, came out within a couple of hours of my phone call and quickly assessed what was the problem and fixed it. Because I had errands to run I left him in charge of completing the work, which he did. He even left me a detailed letter about what he did and his personal cell phone number, in case something went wrong! The first repair went so well that I have used Mr. Electric for several additional projects and the work is done fast, accurately, and within the quoted amount. Greg has even done small "tweaks" with things he saw that were a problem. For instance, he saw that my bathroom switch just nee ded a little tune up which he did for free. I am also very impressed by the fact that this company actually calls you to tell you that the electrician is on his way. How many times have we all sat in our homes waiting, waiting, waiting for an electrician or other workers to come out, as arranged? Greg even wrote me a thank you note for our business! I highly recommend this company!

Great Customer Service
This company got my business through one of the big box stores installation services program. They were wonderful. The electrician was nice and polite and persisted in the job, even though it was more complicated than either of us initially thought it would be. He even left me his personal cell phone number in case things were a problem after he left. He was pleasant and polite, despite having to crawl through the attic and get creative about where to run the wires so that I could get the ceiling fan where I wanted it to be. The final result is perfect. He cleaned up after himself and did a great job. Despite the problems, the cost of the job never changed from the original bid

It was a small project and went fine. When I realized they had made an error on the initial visit, they IMMEDIATELY corrected the problem. Good job!

My forced air gas furnace failed because of an electrical problem with the wiring. The furnace was not on a separate breaker as it should have been. Mr. Electric came out and did some work but that evening after business hours, I realized the problem was not resolved properly. I called and got their answering service and stated what the problem was. Within 5 minutes, their service manager called me back and the following morning an electrician was at my door at 8 AM to make the proper repair. I was charged nothing additional and, in fact, they refunded 50% of my purchase price for their error and my inconvenience, which equated to a credit of $180. I was very impressed with their customer service and would not hesitate to use them again

Estimate
Wanted to move and/or extend the electrical source for my new dryer. He came out for an estimate, showed up on time, was courteous and friendly,considerate of my gate and my dogs.

Installed new outlets and wall heater and checked on an electrical problem we thought we had, but turned out to be OK.
Installed new outlets and wall heater and checked on an electrical problem we thought we had, but turned out to be OK. One electrician (do not recall his name, but I think he was a manager) came to assess the problems and told us about how they charge, what to expect and when someone would be here to do the job. Troy Prater and an assistant came when they were supposed to and did all the work carefully, neatly, and were very professional. We are happy with the results.

Great Job
I wanted to let you know Todd did a wonderful job taking this customer on and following their strict procedures. Todd and I had about a 15 minute conversation before he started the first of nine locations regarding procedure, paper work, and expectations. I didn’t hear from Todd for the rest of the week, and although I was worried about the paperwork, it came in perfectly. I heard zero complaints from the customer; however, unfortunately, I did receive a few minor complaints regarding the group that did the Washington region. Great job and thank you Todd. Shawn Heinige

Perfect work
I was amazed at how these guys came in, did what needed to be done. Did it by the book & cleaned up after themselves. They even put down their own door mat outside to keep out the foot prints! The inspector was very pleased with their work too. I would call them back in a minute!! You just can't go for the lowest bid. Get what you pay for!

Company you can trust. Be careful with those ""comparative"" estimates from a lowball guys and ""buddies"". These quotes usually don't include parts, don't include any hidden fees (like fuel fees, response charge etc), don't include price for the permit (billed at cost) and so on. Remember that good contractors never cut corners on safety and use contractor-grade parts only, which adds up to the price also. When it comes to the final price, it could have been the same...

My experience with Mr. Electric
All the people who worked on my problem were wonderful. They told me what to expect and when to expect it. Everyone was gracious and helped in a bad situation. The work was excellent and when I had another proplem that might have been from their work they came back and took care of the problem. Thanks for all your hard work.
