I called on Monday, June 19,2017. They were unable to come out that day and would call me for an appointment for the following day. On July 3, 2017, they called me for an appointment. I waited Tuesday, June 20, 2017, for them to call and on Wednesday morning I called another company who immediately came out and fixed my A/C. My experience with this company was extremely negative! Only reason I am writing this review is that I wanted the owner to know this happened.

Made an after hours appointment and told they would let me know if something opened up before 5:00pm. I assumed my appointment would still be kept if I was not sitting around my hot house all day waiting on them to call. WRONG!!!! They said they no longer had anyone to come to my house today since I was not available when they called. Really? My appointment was for some time after 5. They asked if I would be available tomorrow, NO! I will find someone that will keep appointments made!

this is such a responsible co -- they were fantastic in keeping the work area n the house VARY CLEAN -- They were knonlegable about the system and how it worked -- We were so impressed with the way Arthur answered all questions & worked with us at working the new system--- A great Co & the office personal made sure we were satisfied -- OOOOOOOOOOOOOO i almost forgot -- when our system went out they were so courteious - they broughyt us a unit to use till they could install our new unit and they did it 4 FREE

I had a small problem with a clogged drain. The tech was very professional and diagnosed the system. He repaired the problem and even offered to sweep the house out after. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

I would recommend this business to anyone I know that needs a/c work. They were very good at their work. I would recommend them 100%.
