I had quite a few bumps in the road with a contractor that was given to me by my Decorator. The Decorator introduced me to Carolyn. The wrong tile came in. Carolyn quickly and GRACIOUSLY fixed the problem. Whenever I had a question or concern, it was Carolyn I turned to, not the Decorator. She knew how to deal with stressed out customers and put them in a more peaceful aura! She is calm, and very positive, always looking for the good in any situation. At the end, I had to take back a product and again, Carolyn was "Johnny on the Spot" in guiding me through an easy reimbursement. I greatly admire her excellent "people skills." Now that is how a company thrives! People like Carolyn are gems to have around!
