I have been working with Ace Handyman for a home renovation.
Robert Moschorak came out and did the initial estimate of the work needed to be done.
They do charge a fee to come out but it is well worth it.
Robert easily spent two hours determining the scope of work and providing me detailed suggestions on the various options to consider.
Some of the repairs needed have been quite involved and Sterling, the main supervisor, came out as well to properly scope out the task.
He took the time to properly walk me through what needed to be done and why.
The work estimate provided was competitive with the ones I received from the two other contractors I contacted.
So far, the Ace Handyman team completed a number of tasks in just a few days.
Everyone was very pleasant to work with including Robert, Sterling, Carmelo, Estela and Nicholas.
Sterling personally took care of some plumbing tasks which were more involved than usual and he made sure they were completed expertly.
I was also impressed by Estela’s meticulous work on installing gutters.
They worked diligently very long hours outdoors in very hot weather until the work was completed.
I plan on getting more work done with Ace Handyman and I appreciate that they work with you on jobs big and small.
The office team is also very responsive and professional.
All in all, I cannot recommend Ace Handyman of Lakeland enough.
They show up, they get the job done, they follow through and they go above and beyond. That’s A+++ in my book.
