I had been exploring multiple options and vendors to replace my window/screen door, but I just couldn't find the company I felt was a good fit for me. When I was at the Ace Hardware Store on Grand Ave in New Port Richey, I noticed a van with "Burkett Ace Handyman Services" Ad in their parking lot. My immediate reaction was "this is who I want". My call was answered immediately by Kayla who took my information of what I needed done. A window/screen door replacement, which was scheduled for today. I received a follow up text last night reminding me a craftsman would be arriving at 9:00 a.m., the message included his name and his rating.5.0/5!! Daniel arrived on time, measured everything before starting, was extremely careful of removing the old door, as well as handling the new door. He was very professional, neat, checking everything before drilling or cutting. I was extremely impressed and grateful when he thought of things I did not. For example, he noticed the pull for my blinds was very close to the new casing, so he made sure nothing was blocked to prevent the blinds from closing. He suggested I try the door before he left to ensure I was satisfied with everything. He also cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. I am very happy with Daniel's performance as well as "Burkett Ace Handyman Services" and will definitely be using them in the future, as well as recommending their services to friends and neighbors.
