My experience with Oldfield Patio Enclosures, Inc. has been absolutely wonderful. When I first decided I wanted to purchase a screen room, he called me immediately to set up a time to come by my house and give me a quote. My experience with other builders was...."too much going on right now" or just never a call back at all. Rick was different. He gave me a quote and was up front with me from the beginning about how long it would take to have the room installed. Plus....he was very patient with me when I was trying to decide whether or not I wanted to sell my house in between the process. I just called Rick on October 23, 2018 and asked him if he would care to fix my door to my screen room that the high winds had accidentally gotten ahold of (totally my fault because I left it open) and I offered to pay him. He fixed my door the very next day (today) and didn't charge me a dime to do so. I recommend this company due to his professionalism, patience and he's very prompt. Thank you for my screen room and I love having it. Best decision I ever made when it comes to my house!
