In preparation for my knee replacement surgery I laid out a number of home projects that needed to be accomplished before D-day arrived. On day 5 post-op I panicked when I realized that the eight new smoke detectors I had stored away meant to replace the existing 15 year old models were never installed. Max from Ace Handyman came the very next morning after we called and installed all eight smoke/CO detectors in short order. Max was professional and courteous, leaving us with the feeling that he was more of a neighbor than a hired contractor. Given my temporary condition, Max even offered to clear our walkway from the early morning snow fall. I strongly recommend Ace Handyman and plan on contacting them again in the near future. see less
