We ordered our sunroom in October 2015. It was installed January 2016 We had a very good experience with 4 Season Sunroom. Our salesman, Chris spent hours with us. He explained every detail of the process. Then Tyler came out the following week. Again he spent hours with us, measuring and taking tons of pictures. Asking us questions. It took longer for the mechanical measurements and drawings, as you would expect.. Unit was then ordered. It took about 6 weeks to come in to their warehouse. Their installers called immediately to start work the week of Christmas. No fault of theirs, we received some terrible snow and ice with freezing temperatures. Once the supports were poured, it took 2 guys, Johnny and Joe maybe a week to finish the job. The nicest, professional and knowledgably guys you could ever find. I would absolutely do this over again. We love our sunroom.
