I would definitely recommend using them, especially Curtis. I have never met a more honest service technician. He came to replace our bathroom tub and shower parts. Because our house is so old the filter had been ceased and was unable to be replaced without taking out the whole wall (Our house was built in 1940, we suspect the pluming was not replaced by an actual plumber but that's another story) and costing us a couple grand to do. We certainly were not prepared to do that financially. He was beyond apologetic that it could not be done the cost effective route and did everything he could to make it happen, but couldn't through no fault of his own. Because of his honesty and integrity I would totally use ACE again. It's hard to find nowadays. Thank you Curtis for your integrity.
