This room (all-glass sunroom, glass roof) added on to our house is as solid and leakproof as if it was part of the original house blueprint. All-glass, it still doesn't get all that warm under August sun; it doesn't leak in hard rain; it has its own AC/heater, but we've only used it a couple of hours, though we use the sunroom every day.
