Handyman, Alan, has done exceptional work for me on several occasions. Some of the earlier tasks involved painting, carpentry, electrical, and general house repair. Later, bath renovation, floor tiling, and installing 5 outside security lights. Oops, I almost forgot, doors! Yes, he installs doors! As always, Alan is highly skilled, He is professional, respectful, creative, and gives suggestions when asked, I am always pleased with his work. Hope to have him back soon with other house repair! It is also helpful that the staff and employees at Ace Handyman Services are respectful as well.

We were notified by text he could arrive several hours earlier thsn expected. We hsd a leaking shower issue. He turned it on, ran the water, and said what was wrong. He told my husband what to get as it required an intern search and wasn't going to be easy. Be said once he got it, call back for another appointment to ffix it. We couldn't find it as it is too old (1997) and they don't make them like that. We have to get a new shower.

We have used Ace Handyman services twice now and both experiences were 5 star. Theresa, in the office, is cheerful, organized and explains all the details throughly. We were emailed confirmation of our appointment and a reminder. Both times our service man was exactly on time. Bouke fixed our carpentry work and a month later, when we needed other work, Doug installed our instant hot water heater/dispenser. We will use them again. Both were a pleasure to have in the house.

We are very pleased with the work Alan did for us at our home: 1. converting a traditional door on our home office to a barn door, 2. creating an access panel to a dryer vent under our deck, 3. fixing saloon doors that were not lining up properly or locking into an open position when we needed them to stay open, 4 fixing a front exterior door that we could not lock easily because of sagging. It is apparent that Alan has a great deal of experience because he came up with practical solutions best for each project when there were multiple possible options. He is very conscientious, does high quality work, is neat during the process, and cleans up after each job is finished. We really feel we hit the jackpot when we found Ace Handyman Services because of Alan. We hope that when we use them again we can get Alan assigned to our job - we will definitely ask for him again, and again!

Great experience from the initial telephone call to the completion of the job. Bouke was the craftsman that arrived. After he found out the problem, we went over repair options. The repairs were completed and the door works fine. Highly recommend and will definitely use this company in the future.
