The kitchen sink at my daughter's place had come loose from under the counter. I called Ace Handyman Services because a Google Maps search showed it to be a nearby business, and I'm so glad I did. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and it was all fixed the same day I called in. My daughter has autism, so getting problems fixed in a timely manner is a very big deal to us in our family. Alan and Jeff were personable, knowledgeable and definitely handy! They were scheduled to arrive at 2 pm, and they did exactly that. What a relief to have our small emergency addressed so quickly!

Our craft person, Doug, was right on time, friendly, efficient and most importantly, fixed our plumbing problem. He didn't leave until we were satisfied and had any questions answered. We will certainly use Ace again if and when a problem arises.

My handyman Alan did a wonderful job fixing a hole in the exterior of our house, which was a fairly complicated. It looks terrific, now. He was an excellent communicator, as well. Thank you!

We had a 20-year-old vinyl fence, which had 2 gates in need of work. One had hinges that were almost totally broken. No fence company was interested, so we started looking into handyman services. We contacted Ace Handyman Services over the phone initially and they gave us their price structure and how they operate. We had other things going on in our house at that time, so we did not follow up for an estimate visit. We then saw a truck in our neighborhood from another company, Handyman Connection (HC), and called them for an estimate. They seemed competent, and said they would identify the hardware we needed for our gate repair. Well, they sent us a list of things to buy, plus an estimate double what we expected (and what Ace eventually charged us). We then re-contacted Ace for an estimate, who sent a craftsman, Alan. He informed us that the hardware specified by HC was incorrect, and looked over what needed to be done. A week later, he came back and did an excellent job within the time frame of the estimate. The gates now open and shut with no extra effort, something we hadn't seen for around 15 years. :-) Ace Handyman also does well with communication and notification, sending us text reminders and notices that the craftsman is on his way (right then, not in 2-3 hours). We will definitely look to Ace Handyman and Alan for future projects and are recommending them to our neighbors.

Great first time experience with this service. Showed up on time without any three-hour window as many companies insist upon. Conscientious worker who made sure I knew about some of the glitches that came up during the installation and had solutions to all of them.
