Clifford provided us an estimate to finish one fence and repair another that another contactor failed to do. While the estimate was a bit higher than expected, we just wanted the job finished after waiting three months. Clifford exceeded our expectations, and we paid less than the estimate. Clifford is very clean and organized with his work. He communicated with me at each arrival, at the end of the day, as well as during the work process. He is also very efficient. Everything satisfactory. Had a hanging kitchen light replaced and outdoor light replaced, as well as a few small chores and removal of some junk furniture. Ceiling plate for kitchen light didn't fit quite right, wish that could have been corrected. No big deal, though. Very pleased with the service, only took two hours for everything. Price is reasonable for the services. I will use them again.
