Thomas was prompt, courteous and professional. He could not complete the job due to the supplier sending the wrong part. I would definitely be happy to use him when the job is ready to be completed.
This company has been excellent on keeping me informed on the progresses of obtaining the necessary parts for my job. They are trying to correct the mistake by the supplier and I will definitely use them when the job is ready for completion.

Excellent Work
Thomas did an excellent job and even went so far as to fix my storm door on the way out. Certainly an extra bit of customer service. He had all of the necessary tools and equipment and did a job that I could no longer do.
