Unreliable
Did not show up at appointed time and did not have the courtesy to call and say he couldn’t make it to our home. Wasted an afternoon waiting. Would not recommend.

Kirk was prompt, very courteous & a good communicator. His craftsmanship was excellent & he was very meticulous in his focus on the job removing an old mailbox/post and installing the news ones.

Redo of a mess
Handyman Justin did a good job recaulking windows and a door. Evidently multiple layers of caulk over the years. He removed the old caulk, added a fresh caulk so we should be good for many years.

Molding Repair
The craftsman touched base yesterday asking if I had questions. He also confirmed that he was enroute this am. It was a/ small job to re-attach molding that pulled away from the house. Everything was doing professionally and quickly. I highly recommend Ace Handyman Services

Professional and friendly
I'm very glad I found Ace Handyman. Handyman Matt completed the work on time and was professional and friendly. We got a couple of small projects completed during the hour service. He even honored a coupon that came in the mailer after I scheduled the service. All in all a job well done.

Kirk was right on time, and did a terrific job. I added two other projects to the two that I had asked Rose to have him do. He took care of them also. I did not know that Kirk had another job after being at our house, until he was finished. So I appreciated him fixing the space in the garage that needed drywall, to keep the squirell from pulling out the insulation, and replacing a small old piece of wood on the outside of the house.
