Very prompt in responding to request for estimate and scheduling. Had window screens replaced and a dryer vent put in. Other handyman businesses wouldn’t work with me due to the age of my home. Pleased that this wasn’t an issue for Ace. Andrew was very professional, competent, and communicated exactly what to expect.

I had Jake install four coach lights and he did an excellent job!! He is very skilled at his craft. I am so happy and relieved because I have been looking for a great handyman for the last four years that I can trust and use on a regular basis. I will now use Jake exclusively. He is just a phone call away. Also he very timely........when Beth/Drew at Ace said 2:30pm, Jake was at my house right at 2:30. No 2 hour window stuff like other companies. I have already referred my neighbor to Ace and Jake. BTW, Jake is very very friendly and polite. You have a permanent customer as long as only Jake is available! Thanks Jake!!

Have used Ace service twice now to repair wind damaged fencing. Jake is an exceptional craftsman who took great pride in his work clear into cleanup. Ace is a service you can count on. COVID has placed a significant strain on businesses and wait times for service can be excessive. Not sure what Ace is doing right but the service I’ve received is prompt, the completed project is done well and customer service is exceptional.

I reached out to Ace Handyman in despair trying to find someone who could replace my blinds. Andrew showed up and was incredible! I honestly can’t say enough good things about him- great contact before the appointment, showed up early, thorough, so dang nice and helpful- I recommend him and the whole dang team 1000%
