Jacob was great. He did really nice work and showed up early each am ready to get to work. The steps he rebuilt look great!! He sanded the stain off of the porch when the power washing was not getting it off - since he new we were not going to re-stain it. He reinforced our bridge with a clever idea that saved us lots of money. The only criticism I have is cleanup could have been more thorough - found a trash bag under the porch with his refuse from the job that he could have taken with him. But I will rate him a 4.95!

We hired Jake to re-caulk some second story windows. He did quality work, and went above and beyond to do the job right.

Jake (Jacob) was very knowledgeable about his work and informed of where or why I would need to contact a licensed plumbler for part of the job. He was very work oriented and did an excellent job of what he could do.

Andrew was very professional in his attitude, extremely friendly, and offered advice that was on point. I would defiantly recommend Andrew and ACE Handyman Service for either commercial or residential work.

Jacob was on time, friendly, and thorough with the three jobs I had requested. Jake mounted a clothes rod in my master bedroom walk-in closet, remounted a folding door in my laundry area, and removed and disposed of woodbine ivy (VIrginia creeper) from my pine tree in my front yard. I had been concerned that removing the ivy might take longer than had been budgeted. Jake finished all three planned jobs 45 minutes ahead of time. With the remaining 45 minutes of the budgeted two hour window, Jake offered to clean out additional woodbine ivy on the side and back of my house. I took advantage of this offer and appreciated it very much. My actual cost matched the estimate exactly. I will continue to use Jake and Ace Handyman Services for other jobs around my home when they are too difficult to do myself.

Just a few days ago we were the victims of a very bad job done by a restoration company after a flood we had .in our home while we were gone. We were unable to receive any help in rectifying the situation so after a couple of months of trying to do so we hired Ace Handyman Services to do the work. . We want to thank both Drew and Andrew for quickly assessing what was needed to be done to correct the various issues that we were left with. Both helped us save time and expense.
