Andy was amazing! He understood everything I wanted to accomplish and had positive suggestions to improve my project. He was encouraging where others had just said , we can’t help you. He was very professional and yet by the time he left, I felt I had known him for years. Very friendly and thorough in discussing the details of the job. Finally a builder/carpenter who knew what he was doing. He was able to repair the damage done by the earlier crew. However, I appear to have been overcharged since the earlier guys did not really know how to do this project and took way too long to complete it, inadequately.

Eddy arrived on time, looked at the job that needed to be done, left to get the parts needed to complete the job, explained how he was going to fix it and he did. Eddy was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I would use them again in the future.

Miserable job: repairing a sagging garage ceiling in July in AZ! Yet Roy came out and did a great job reattaching the sheetrock in a timely manner. He’s truly a knowledgeable professional, which he demonstrated by making a support “T” on the fly to facilitate drilling screws into the sheetrock to replace the falling-out nails. Helpful advice and effective craftsmanship

The positives: very nice and friendly handyman, arrived early. The negatives: we provided very specific instructions on what we needed done, included photos, links to products, all spec information, but my husband had to help out several times with lifting, reviewing instructions, etc. Could the hangman have done it himself? Maybe, but at much longer than the estimated time and he seemed to appreciate the help. It was a workday for my husband, so that level of engagement and assistance was unexpected. Also had a toilet paper holder installed the wrong way in a custom vanity (no fixing that), and that was after I had showed how it needed to be installed. Some mess left after hardware installation and marks on painted walls that we had to get out. Kitchen hood installation has a gap at the top that we’ll have to try to figure out how to fix or I guess live with. Mirrors and shelf installation went well, though.
