Excellent service, beyond the norm.
Charles arrived on time and did a high quality job on our sink replacement. He explained everything fully, answered all my questions and even went to pick up parts needed for the job. A plumbing company had quoted a six hour job and a $1482.00 charge. Charles and his company performed quality work in much less time and for less than half that charge. Thank you!

Handyman was courteous, helpful and efficient. He cleaned up after the repairs and explained what had been done and how long to wait for newly painted ramp to dry.
I will schedule for additional work soon.

The gentleman was extremely nice. However, the experience was terrible. He didn’t want to get in attic to make sure the Fan Beam was correctly secure. That was THE WHOLE reason I booked for professional installation. Then with the second item to be completed he was so proud he drywalled a small hole next to the ground that I did NOT ask for and can do myself in 2 minutes - and that work wasted the time we had allotted for the real work. Then I did buy a tan and sink complements THOUROUGHLY yet at every turn - oh yiu don’t have everything I need. Then I would have to stop and go through the items to show him I DO HAVE ALL THE ITEMS and HARDWARE, then he would say
Oh okay. It was like pulling teeth to get anything actually DONE. essentially I just paid $500 bucks to have someone connect a $30 under sink UNIVERSAL connector system and it actually took 3 hours boggles my mind. And 30
Minutes to decide he couldn’t complete the ceiling fan Install and oh yeah blame it on the office because you didn’t bring a long enough ladder. I expected far more from Ace. It is also insulting to tell consumers to
“Be honest” in your
“Review” instructions. Of course I am going to be honest, take the criticism and improve your business.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize your expectations were not met. We always strive to provide a 5 star experience. We discussed the situation with our craftsman. It was determined accessing the attic at this time of the year was unsafe due to the extreme heat. Typically attic access isn't required to install a new ceiling fan. In order to get your sink and cabinet aligned to your satisfaction, the craftsman had to knotch your cabinet several times to accomplish the desired look. In addition, baseboard was installed around the cabinet area which wasn't part of the original time estimate. Sincerely, The Ace Handyman Services Team

Friendly, professional and on time
Sid came and installed a mailbox for me. He was thorough, timely and even suggested an additional step that would help keep the mailbox more secure. I would definitely recommend and request for future services.

Simply the Best
We researched multiple companies and quite frankly got spooked seeing so many bad reviews on Yelp from other providers. Then we went to our famous ACE store in Chandler and found a card for a handyman service powered by ACE. What a coincidence....Besides having Sidney as super professional customer service contact we got Mr. Sid as our handyman and he did a wonderful job. This is a clear 5-star rating, no doubt.
