Handyman was courteous, helpful and efficient. He cleaned up after the repairs and explained what had been done and how long to wait for newly painted ramp to dry. I will schedule for additional work soon.

The gentleman was extremely nice. However, the experience was terrible. He didn’t want to get in attic to make sure the Fan Beam was correctly secure. That was THE WHOLE reason I booked for professional installation. Then with the second item to be completed he was so proud he drywalled a small hole next to the ground that I did NOT ask for and can do myself in 2 minutes - and that work wasted the time we had allotted for the real work. Then I did buy a tan and sink complements THOUROUGHLY yet at every turn - oh yiu don’t have everything I need. Then I would have to stop and go through the items to show him I DO HAVE ALL THE ITEMS and HARDWARE, then he would say Oh okay. It was like pulling teeth to get anything actually DONE. essentially I just paid $500 bucks to have someone connect a $30 under sink UNIVERSAL connector system and it actually took 3 hours boggles my mind. And 30 Minutes to decide he couldn’t complete the ceiling fan Install and oh yeah blame it on the office because you didn’t bring a long enough ladder. I expected far more from Ace. It is also insulting to tell consumers to “Be honest” in your “Review” instructions. Of course I am going to be honest, take the criticism and improve your business.

Sid came and installed a mailbox for me. He was thorough, timely and even suggested an additional step that would help keep the mailbox more secure. I would definitely recommend and request for future services.

We researched multiple companies and quite frankly got spooked seeing so many bad reviews on Yelp from other providers. Then we went to our famous ACE store in Chandler and found a card for a handyman service powered by ACE. What a coincidence....Besides having Sidney as super professional customer service contact we got Mr. Sid as our handyman and he did a wonderful job. This is a clear 5-star rating, no doubt. Adrian was first class! Didn't stop until he got our garage remotes & outside panel working. Very much appreciated. The office staff, especially Vicky was very helpful. Mike was very professional and very knowledgeable as well as being very honest. He changed my son's sink handles, unclogged one of my bathroom's sinks drains, and painted a wall in my wife's room. He was going to replace two more sinks in my home however he couldn't because the bolt was to big but he was going to check on it for me as well as get some clips so that he can put a mirror on the wall in my bathroom. I appreciate his honesty and I look forward to calling Ace and scheduling him again to come back and finish the rest of the work that we have for him.
