Ace Handyman Services provided me with two great, very handy, guys within days of putting in a request. We had shelves put up and a beam above the fireplace as well as changing light bulbs in a chandelier that we ourselves can’t reach. Everything was done to our satisfaction. Only negative is that it’s really expensive but you pay for the convenience I guess. Overall would recommend!

I was quoted installation my door for $150.00 from another company as long as I helped them and thought about it for a few day and remembered… You get what you paid for and decided to go with Ace Handyman based on their reputation and I was not disappointed. My door was installed with precision to a tee. Also my craftsman Sid went above and beyond what was required of him and very personable and courteous. Very knowledgeable. The best handyman I have ever hired. He loves his work, is pleasant to talk with. He makes sure you are beyond satisfied with his work and is super honest, when he can get away with not being. I highly recommend Sid.

Tracey has been amazing fixing all thing around our house! He even installed our utility sink in the laundry and cleaned after himself.

I wish I could’ve given a better review but my conversation with one of the owners, Glen, didn’t allow me to do so. When I had booked my service I was told that there was $120 fee for the first hour and a $65 service charge as well. Never was I told about a fee for supplies as I explained what I needed done and Glen stated that since I didn’t need anything like rock sheet to repair the small holes I had the total would be $185. When the technician arrived to the house he stated that there was a base fee of $185 and that I would be charged for materials he had to buy. The technician advised me to call the office to discuss this as I was not informed of any material purchase fees per what Glen stated the day before. When I did speak with Glen about the issue he told me that the base fee for the first hour and service charge is $185 and that it was IMPLIED that I would be charged for any material needed. I told him as a business owner and in dealing with a customer, nothing should be implied related to expenses and there should’ve been better communication about the expenses I would have with this job. When I told him that, he went on to call me belligerent and informed me that he has no control over what the technician buys or doesn’t buy what ends up being a fee on my end. I asked him for an apology for calling me belligerent which I never received. The only correct line of action that Glen took was that he did not charge me for the materials used on the project which was Drydex Spackle and I was charged the $185 I was told the day before. This entire conversation I had with Glen was on speaker and as Glen was calling me belligerent along with not taking any accountability for poor communication on costs, the technician Josh was just as shocked as I was in his demeanor with me. Glen, I hope you read this and I hope you work on your business etiquette because that was a very poor demonstration today. Because of this, and with as good of a job the technician Josh did, I will never use Ace Handyman Services again. The disrespect in calling a paying customer belligerent is an excusable.

We had a new vanity and toilet installed today. Roger was friendly, thorough, and did a superb job! We will call Ace Handyman service for all future jobs! Thank you!
